Currently serving as Global Product Director, Point-of-Sale Solutions at Ria Money Transfer, Patria ensures that Ria’s proprietary payment web-based POS provides value to Ria agents and customers worldwide while contributing to Ria’s ROI goals.

Her broad experience across multiple industries spans banking, search & directory, mobility and e-commerce.

Miki Reynolds

Grid110

Miki Reynolds is the Executive Director of Grid110, an early stage startup accelerator and community development non-profit she co-founded in 2014. She has 15 years of experience working in tech, ranging from digital marketing and creative services to software development and e-commerce. After managing digital projects at global entertainment corporations like MGM Studios and 20th Century Fox, and heading up operations/product for a software development startup, she launched the Downtown LA location for tech education company General Assembly. Miki’s current role at Grid110 focuses on activating the startup ecosystem in Downtown Los Angeles, fostering community, and connecting the dots for entrepreneurs through access to mentoring and critical resources.

Andy Cloyd

Vice President, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Fund

Andy is a Vice President on the investment team at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. He joined the firm in 2020 and focuses on sourcing, due diligence, and supporting existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Revolution, Andy was a Principal at Cultivation Capital, a St. Louis-based venture capital fund where he oversaw the deal team for their Seed and Series A technology investments. He led investments in Paytient, SwellCX, SimpleRose, Balto Software, and Matic amongst others. Andy started his career at ZS Associates where he worked on strategy for large Fortune 500 clients.

Andy is a Venture for America Fellow and currently serves on the organization’s Alumni Board. Andy graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Finance. Andy was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky.

Erin Kapczynski

My passion for marketing centers on looking at how a business can transform and grow, leveraging data and user experience, while building customer trust. Currently serving as consultant and advisor to leading startups and mid-stage businesses, I help clients plan and execute customer acquisition, content creation, PR and branding—often tying these pieces together to generate growth. With multiple fund-raises behind me ranging from $2M to $270M rounds and 3 successful exits, I also mentor founders and help position companies for significant milestones.

Summer is CEO and co-founder of Heir alongside Pusha-T. She’s led content, marketing and product at top consumer tech startups TuneIn, Pocket Gems and Playdom (sold to Disney for $763M). Summer started her career in the luxury & fashion industry as co-founder of creative agency CS Global and, prior to that, in music at Oakland-based indie hip hop label ABB Records.

Shane Kelly

Wolverine Angels | CrowdSmart

Shane Kelly is a venture investor and entrepreneur with a focus on emerging media technologies. He is the founding partner of Wolverine Angels, an early stage investment firm and mentor network with investments including Neurable and FEM (Acq Nielsen). The firm pools capital and expertise from University of Michigan alumni to accelerate early stage tech startups.

Previously, Shane helped GreeneStreet Films raise several rounds of venture capital and build a slate of over 20 motion pictures generating $250 million at the box office. Motion picture credits include Movie 43 and Awake. He is executive producer for the forthcoming documentary Restarting the Motor City on entrepreneurship in Detroit.

Since launching Wolverine Angels, Shane has immersed himself in new technologies and investment structures to expand access and reduce risk in venture investing. He has mentored in several accelerators including Techstars, Backstage Capital, Female Founders Alliance, and Plug in South LA. In 2017, he joined CrowdSmart to run its venture fund investments. He leveraged the company’s proprietary platform combining human expertise and artificial intelligence to increase transparency and reduce bias in the investment process. Shane led 15 investments by the fund including InvolveSoft and Syntiant.

Shane holds an MBA from University of Michigan and a BS from Morehouse College. While at Morehouse, he undertook the Semester at Sea voyage, circumnavigating Earth by boat in 100 days. His love for travel and exploration continues today..

Alexandra Levitt

Alexandra Levitt is the Manager of Snap Inc.’s Yellow Accelerator, where she supports entrepreneurs and makes investments at the intersection of creativity and technology.

Levitt was previously a Digital Media Agent at William Morris Endeavor, where she represented clients ranging from traditional talent to digital creators and media companies. Levitt also acted as Manager of Platform for WME Ventures where she supported investments in companies such as Glossier, Ollie, Masterclass, and more. Today, she leverages her previous experience at WME in dealmaking, business development & strategy to help support founders seeking to create the next generation of media companies.

Regina Wallace-Jones

Regina Wallace-Jones is Senior Vice President, Products & Engineering at Mindbody, Inc. accountable for revenue, profit and customer satisfaction for global platform products and supporting product services. In this role, Regina has responsibility for $50M/year in revenue with a 3X growth plan over the next 3 years. Regina has nearly 25 years of business leadership experience in multinational environments having lived in Asia and having held executive responsibilities in roles that span four continents (North America, South America, Europe and Asia). During her career, she has built a professional reputation in product excellence and innovation with keen engineering and operations sense. Regina leads with the highest level of integrity, energy, creativity and engagement. She is known to be an inspirational leader that establishes the highest bar of expectation while simultaneously being a supportive listener and a capable advisor.

Mamuna Oladipo

Kickstarter, SVP of Product, Design & Engineering

As a product executive with over 10 years of overseeing global teams, Mamuna has diverse experience leading product management, product marketing, product design and strategy development in the B2B and B2C markets. She has demonstrated success in building and executing strategic plans for product organizations that generate growth and transform user experiences. Mamuna is currently the Senior Vice President of Product, Design and Engineering, at Kickstarter, where she drives product vision and strategy to ensure constant delivery of value to the creative community.

Prior to her role at Kickstarter, Mamuna was VP of Product at SeamlessDocs and then VP of Product Marketing & Design at The Orchard, a division of Sony Music. She built the product marketing and product design teams from the ground up, formalizing go-to-market strategies across functions. She earned her MBA from the University of Maryland while working full time for Bloomberg Government where she not only gained her product foundation but played an integral role in building out the new Bloomberg vertical company.

Vincent Diallo

Vincent is currently Managing Partner at Interlace Ventures, an early stage fund dedicated to commerce technology. Prior to this fund, he created and developed the venture investment capacity of a single family office. He also held the position of CFO of the largest independent western-food importer in China (Revenue from $50m to $200m / Acquired by Savencia Group – Bongrain) from 2010 to 2015. He started his career in auditing (+ transactions services engagements) at Deloitte Paris and Shanghai. As an auditor, he has been exposed to multiple industries from manufacturing to professional services with a specialization in retail. He got involved in several acquisition deals in China. He is fluent in French, English and Mandarin. Vincent is passionate about Asian culture and mind-body alchemy. He practices Vipassana.

Jessica Salinas

New Media Ventures, VP of Investments

Jessica Salinas sits at the intersection of tech, impact, and venture capital and has dedicated her career to disrupting traditional systems and centering marginalized communities.

Currently, she is Vice President of Investments at New Media Ventures, an early stage seed fund that invests in activists and entrepreneurs wrestling with democracy’s biggest challenges. As VP of Investments, Jess is responsible for the cultivation of early-stage deal flow and portfolio management, building mission-driven partnerships, and leading the growth and direction of the investment team.

Previously, she was Partner at an impact fund moving the world towards zero poverty, zero disease and zero pollution. Jessica was also the founding Social Impact Lead at Headspace, where she developed their social impact strategy to integrate mindfulness in K-12 institutions and other nonprofits in an accessible, relevant, scalable manner.

As part of the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative (SLEI), Jessica co-authored the first “State of US Latino Entrepreneurship” research report and established its prestigious executive education program, SLEI-Ed, for Latinx entrepreneurs to scale their businesses.

Jessica serves on the Board of Words Uncaged, which provides programming for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals in LA, and Plug in South LA, a mission-focused organization focused on creating a community for innovation in South LA. Jessica also serves as the Impact Expert for UNLEASH+, a global pre-accelerator under the auspices of the UNDP.

Jessica received her BA in Communication from Stanford and her MS in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business.
